Message	Someone here at work receved a fax from Saturn in regard to their car. Apparently it wouldn't start, so they took it to the dealer to have it checked out. Noted on the Work Order: - Verify no start - No oil in vehicle - Oil filter not on tight - Pennzoil filter/Jiffy Lube sticker - Massive damage done internally - Need new engine to repair Wonder if she got a free air freshener with that?
